Quality ingredients, delicious meals!

Tried Mindful Kitchen last week for some quick, healthy meals and was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to order. Great prices for the variety of meals offered, and these are complete meals you can take out of your freezer and just pop into the oven after a long work day. Will return!

I have tried several meals from them. They are very very good. I love that it’s heslthy and made fresh. It’s really nice to have places like this when you work weekends, late shifts, and on call. The staff was very helpful and sweet. Prices are a bit high but it’s expected for what it is and for convenience. I would definitely come back.

Wonderful and clean store. Their items are always first class. Services is perfect. Parking space is ample.

As someone who doesn't cook (unless microwaving and heating in the oven count) I am always looking for nutritious, delicious, healthy options. Mindful Kitchen has so many wonderful meal choices. My new favorite food shopping experience!
